International Rugby Accommodation Nelson
A great big THANK YOU to all the fans who came to Nelson for the International Rugby. We had a ball with you. Flags were flying, people were happy, the sun was shining, campervans absolutely everywhere and we even got the old fun tractor and trailer out and took fans for a ride from the end of the camp to the bus. We hope you all had a great time in Nelson. Thanks again for coming and thanks to NZ Rugby for giving us games in Nelson.

Our entry into HAPNZ this year was successful. We won the Innovation Award for our heatpump system which resulted in energy savings and a reduction in emissions. This is a fantastic award for our Park to win. We have previously placed well in the finals at both HAPNZ and in the big business section of Nelson Business Awards but this is our first really big WIN. We are very proud and hope you are too.
We are a big Holiday Park and are very conscious of any inpact we may have on our environment. Our heatpump system replaces a coal boiler which belched out coal dust and emmissions over our Park for many years.
Summer Time
We started off summer with a bit of rain in the Nelson region but we got thru unscathed. The rain freshened up the grass and we went into Xmas nice and green. The earthquake in Chch on 23rd December put a few people off coming as they had to clean up once again in Chch. Then, to top it all off it started raining again. But once again we got thru ok with only 1 flooded site out of 850 sites. Not too bad. The numbers have dropped off a bit now so if you like a bit of privacy and like to have the ability to pick where you camp, come on it and choose a camp site. We still have motels and cabins available.
